16th century thatched cottage (extended to include a slate tiled roofed garden room) however this can't be seen easily from the front of the house. Woods at the back and to the side of the property provide a nice backdrop. There is a private driveway next to the house which has room for 4 or 5 average sized cars. The garden has a pond and a small decked area overlooking it. There is a garage and workshop at the end of the driveway with another (empty) room above (an external metal staircase provides access). The house has 3 bedrooms - one downstairs with a beamed ceiling and two smaller rooms upstairs both of which have sloping ceiling. This is probably the oldest house in the hamlet, thick cob walls make it very cosy. Dining room has all wood floors leading to the staircase - apart from the ground floor bedroom and the one bathroom, everywhere else on the ground level is stone flooring.
