The House was built in the late sixties and is on a small quiet estate of thirty houses in Denmark Hill, South East London with good parking. There is a communal garden square meaning the house isn't really overlooked. It looks like a Span house in style but was privately built. Set on three floors the house is very light and has a large double sitting room with windows both sides and a balcony to the front. There's little that is fixed so the space is very versatile. The kitchen has a mid century Scandi feel with large glazed doors onto a small town garden which is south facing.
Local train stations, hotels, restaurants and parking.
