The house is on the main A166 to Bridlington, five miles out of central York and the mainline York station (1 hour 50 mins from Kings Cross) and ten minutes from York Racecourse. Easily accessible from basically everywhere, we are five minutes from the A64 which leads to major motorways. We have off road parking for approximately six vehicles and there is also a car park across the road. The house is detached, built in 1759. Four main bedrooms including master suite, three large reception rooms plus an office, large square kitchen and a guest annexe. Lots of original features including fireplaces, coving, original front door and Doric column porch. Overlooking fields. We also have a tiled bar in the dining room which in turn has access on to an outdoor living area.
