This victorian house has four large rooms. Some walls have been stripped down to the wooden structure and one of the floors has been removed to create a double height room. It is situated very close to Peckham Rye Station and is part of the Copeland Industrial Park. Safehouse 1 is next door to another of our locations Safehouse 2.

The interior remains largely in shell condition but with concrete floor and modern toilet facility. Stained glass windows and memorial plaques remain. Located in Peckham.
Empire Film StudiosAn underground victorian build which used to be an old boiler room, has double height ceiling, with exposed brickwork and concrete floor. A further space for lounge room, kitchen and changing area, it is not as furnished as seen in the photos so more flexibility for creativity. The space has a standard power supply. With covid, max capacity is 22 people, usually can hold 50 people.It is on a cobbled alley way which has two parking spaces available.Nearest station is Haggerston overground station and a minute walk from the canal.
