1st-floor late Georgian chapel room with 4.5 m high ceiling ( at its peak ). There is a folded North facing skylight in the roof. The actual space is 9.7m x 6.3m and the terrace is 4.7m x 2.7m. This allows extra space for the camera as it is in line with the centre of the main room. The terrace is south and east facing and the terrace doors face directly east, meaning morning sun into the space and sun on the terrace until mid-afternoon. The space can be emptied prior to a shoot with the exception of the sofa and table unless specifically requested. They can be moved though. The hob is induction and the 'island' is perfect for cooking shows or presentations. The top is 1m x 2.40m and made of Carrera marble. The space is not really suitable for big Home shoots but great for contained still life, portraits, B roll video etc. Wifi and tea and coffee are supplied. Parking is via meters and there are lots of cafes and restaurants on the nearby high street. Nearest overground is Rectory Road and there are buses, 243, 149, 76. There is a room downstairs on the ground floor for working from. NO flash except during high summer.
