The house is detached, the front looks very traditional it was built in 1929 and has many art deco features - however, the back is totally glass and very modern - this contrast makes it very unusal. The garden is very long approx 250ft - the outlook from the house is totally secluded with a modern terrace area, including a built in BBQ area and fire pit. All the room are large, with high ceilings - there is a large basement cinema and a stunning master bedroom in the loft. The house is on a main, but not too busy road - with Epping Forest on one side - all the houses are detached with their own off street parking - mine has room for 5 cars. It is a five minute walk from Snaresbrook Tube Station (Central Line, zone 4) From the station it takes 20 minutes to get to Liverpool St, and 35minutes to Bond Street. If you are driving, it is 10-15 minutes from the Olympic Park, and 30 minutes from the City depending on time of day. Wanstead itself has a village feel, the High Street has a small park, and many shops, restaurants and bars including a local butcher, fishmonger and bakery.
Local train stations, hotels, restaurants and parking.
