Fincham Hall, Fincham

Fincham Hall is an ancient manor house in Norfolk with some sections over 600 years old. It hasJacobean facade with early neo-classical detailing, medieval-brick crenellated tower with gothic arched interiors, and Georgian extensions. Inside it has a range of interiors, from raw and stripped back ancient plaster in the hallways to bold and bright colours in large georgian rooms framed by windows on all sides, a country-house style kitchen, and vaulting attic rooms with medieval fireplaces. It has 4 reception rooms, 7 bedrooms, a number of bathrooms and a kitchen area. Outside there are over 10 acres including outbuildings, greenhouses, a large pergola and rose garden, and mature beds with bright and bold planting. Fincham Hall is available as a location and with rooms to stay overnight. It is 45 minutes from the North Norfolk Coast and the broads.   The house is about 1.45 hours from central London driving, or 1.5 hours on the train from Kings Cross on the train (then a 10 minute drive). It’s really easy to access other locations from the house – 45 mins drive to the Broads, 45 mins to Holkham Beach and the North Norfolk Coast, as 30 mins to Sandringham and Houghton Hall and big country houses.
