Wide semi-spiral staircase leading down to a private reception or lobby area with a decorative mosaic floor and cloakroom, ideal for a registration area, private bar or product display space. Both rooms have free wireless internet access (WIFI) and access to a small kitchen area for teas, coffees and basic food preparation for events. In addition, there is disability access (via a lift from street level), disabled toilets, baby changing facilities and an induction loop for hearing impaired users. The Boardroom table seats up to eighteen people and is ideal for private meetings, interviews or seminars. A desk-top projector is available for PowerPoint presentations and the room benefits from some natural daylight, free WIFI internet access and a PA with built-in speaker system. A flip chart can be provided and teas and coffees are available on request. Boardroom dimensions: length: 9.03 metres x width: 4.40 metres (30 ft x 14.5 ft). The Studio is a self-contained flexible workshop space that can be used for training events, meetings, castings, rehearsals or auditions. The Studio includes an interactive whiteboard with overhead projector and access to PowerPoint presentations, free WIFI internet access and a PA with built-in speaker system.
