Job Vacancies


  • Engaging clients and understanding their requirements
  • Building reliable and solid client relations
  • Demonstrating and utilising product knowledge
  • Producing quotes to meet client expectations.
  • Understanding client budgets and expectations to secure profitable sales.


  • Managing enquiries from start to finish, working with other departments as required.
  • Opening client accounts in line with company policy.
  • Liaising with the Head of Lighting to manage stock utilisation.
  • Working with the Warehouse team to ensure jobs are closed and invoiced within 24hrs of return.
  • Producing accurate and final invoices for clients.
  • Working alongside the Lighting team to ensure that all jobs are converted, prepped, delivered and collected in a timely manner and to the standards required by our clients.
  • Awareness of the occupancy levels across all our studios and working closely with FOH to ensure the efficient load in and out of our studios, and swift response to daily additions to maximise the client experience. 
  • Taking full ownership of all jobs put on RMS from Quote to conversion, packing, delivering, and Invoicing.
  • Ensuring maximum utilisation of jj media’s equipment. 
  • Working to prevent Sub-hires as much as possible.
  • Reacting speedily to additions for orders, be it for the company’s studios or off-site jobs.
  • Representing the company in line with the company’s culture, both internally and when dealing with clients.
